ValueHire focuses mainly on permanent full-time employees. We use a three prong approach:

 

  • Client Requirements: Fully understand the client’s detailed requirements. This includes roles, responsibilities, job functions, reporting hierarchy, and the department’s placement structure.
  • Candidates Capabilities: Next, we find a candidate who meets all of the requirements. We focus on the candidate’s hard skills, as well as their soft skills (aptitude, attitude, self motivation, temperament, maturity level, judgment, and other important factors). We also learn about the candidates’ career goals and aspirations. We conduct 30 to 45 minute interviews to ensure we have selected the right candidate.
  • Fit-Gap: Equipped with both the client’s requirements and the candidate’s skills, we perform a fit gap analysis between the two. Then, we present our candidate to the client to take it to the next level.
